James Crawford, M.S.E., LPC
James Crawford received his Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Indiana Bible College. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Studies and earned a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Missouri Baptist University. James has been a licensed Missouri professional counselor since 2009. James has worked extensively with children and families in numerous settings from preschool through college, military families and families of incarcerated inmates. James specializes in marriage and family issues as well as mood and anxiety disorders, chemical dependency, chronic mental illness, and in anger management. James uses an eclectic treatment approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
Lauri Cross Fink M.Ed., LPC, NCC
Lauri earned her master’s in education, with an emphasis in counseling, from the University of Missouri. She works with schoolchildren, adults, couples, groups, and families. She has experience developing individualized treatment plans and uses a wide range of theory-based therapies, depending on each client’s needs. When working with children, she provides goal-centered play to address issues such as bullying, decision making, social skills and anger management issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, divorce, and grief. When she is not working with children, she enjoys working with adults and couples with mood, stress, or relationship issues. Lauri has been working in the St. Charles and Troy areas for more than 14 years. Her time is split between seeing students in the Troy Catholic schools and clients at our O’Fallon office.
Lori Weber, M.Ed.
Lori earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Truman State University. She earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri St. Louis. Her experience includes working with emotionally disturbed children and their families, working with children experiencing divorce, and extensive involvement with presenting counseling topics to children in classroom settings. Her clinical practice involves counseling children and teens who experience a variety of issues.
Lisa Tackett, MA, LPC
Lisa Tackett earned her bachelors in psychology and her master’s degree in counseling, from Lindenwood University. She is a counselor in our Lincoln County office and has a great deal of experience working with children, teenagers, adults and families. Her primary emphasis is on issues related to children, adolescents and teenagers such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, terminal illness, and abuse and neglect in the foster and adoptive system.
